TONDEKAI FRY/ IVY GOURD FRY

INGREDIENTS
 Tondekai/kundru/ivy gourd cut into rounds 2 cups
1tsp chili powder
3-4 tsp oil
salt to taste
A pinch of haldi (turmeric powder)

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan. Add the vegetables and all other ingredients and saute for a few mins. Cover for some time and then stir fry till they become soft and then crisp.
